Compounding the need for growth has been a record breaking number of completions in the past quarter making 2016 one of the best years since the business started in 2012.  In order to grow its nationwide coverage, the Wood Street based business has taken new consultants to support clients within the South East, North of England and Scotland.

In less in than five years the business has grown to fifty staff and has further plans to grow later in the year.  Gareth Smyth, managing director said: “We are extremely proud to have created even more jobs within Bolton. Our Grade II listed town centre office are nearly at full capacity despite recent renovations!”

Hilton Smythe specialise in the hospitality and food sectors but have a wide portfolio of businesses ranging from traditional fish and chip shops to multi-million pound hotels and engineering firms.  With a focus on clear values and standing-out from the crowd, they plan to continue expanding the business presence across the UK with new offices planned in the coming years.

Gareth adds: “We strive to give the very best in customer service. Our values are really embraced by our teams and our new recruits handpicked because of their enthusiasm and customer service qualities. We simply care more about the business we do. This extends beyond our door with our support of Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital and other charities.”
