The role
As a Sales Negotiator within a busy business brokerage, you will be selling businesses across the country. From cafés to sheet metal fabrication, each day will give you a new challenge and no two days will be the same.


About you
If you have done estate agency before and you want a new challenge, or you have a keen interest in business and property, this role is just right for you. Working to targets and deadlines whilst delivering exceptional service to our clients', this role will push you to your limits and drive the best in you. You will need to be passionate, energetic and be thorough in everything you do.

What will I be doing?

  • Arranging viewings for prospective buyers
  • Undertaking negotiation
  • Following up viewings and utilising feedback
  • Using knowledge and advisory led conversations to reduce asking prices
  • Ensuring excellent communication between sellers and buyers
  • Keeping clients' happy and up to date on progress and advising accordingly
  • Inspiring trust and confidence to sellers and buyers
  • Working to targets and deadlines.


Do I need any qualifications or experience?
In short no, but previous experience as an estate agent would be beneficial.
