The role

Our Sales Progression team are responsible for ensuring that our clients' businesses progress from sale agreed to legal completion. You will be working to deadlines and dealing with solicitors, landlords, finance providers and many other third parties, bringing everyone together to achieve the ultimate goal, the completed sale for our client.

 

About you
Extremely organised, you will be highly motivated to achieve targets and results. You will be confident and able to work on your own initiative. A great communicator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both buyers and sellers, whilst actively progressing sales to completion.

What will I be doing?

  • Liaising with all parties in the legal process
  • Updating our internal CRM system
  • Ensuring excellent communication between buyers and sellers
  • Keeping clients' happy and up to date on progress and advising accordingly
  • Inspiring trust and confidence to buyers and sellers
  • Working to targets and deadlines
  • Negotiating between all parties involved in the sale.

 

Do I need any qualifications or experience?
Ideally you will have experience in Estate Agency or more specifically Sales
Progression however, full training is provided and so this experience is not essential.
