Legal Services

Here at Hilton Smythe, we believe that our clients should benefit from one simple fee structure, hence why we can include the costs of the seller's legal fees. Of course, should you wish to use your own Solicitor, you can. Selling your business/commercial property can be stressful and costly, when you use Hilton Smythe, selling your business is much more straight forward and cost efficient, given the all-inclusive service.*

We currently partner with two leading firms in terms of acting on behalf of our sellers, these are:

  • Birchall Blackburn Law
  • Russell & Russell Solicitors

Using our all-inclusive legal package will save money and protect against receiving a bill from the solicitors should the sale not complete.

In addition, our partner solicitor firms will also represent purchasers of businesses/commercial property and we take the hassle out of getting several quotes for the buyer, by having a fixed structure of fees, we are able to quote buyers in a matter of minutes.

Our dedicated sales progression team will guide you through the sales process and assist at all stages of the transaction, but especially when the solicitors are instructed and the legal process starts.

Our sales progression team will help you to complete the paperwork the solicitors issue, ensuring that the transaction is as smooth and efficient as possible. Don't worry about needing to chase your solicitor - we've got that covered.

* Terms and Conditions apply. All inclusive solicitor's fees do not apply to a sale of shares in a limited company.

All of our preferred Solicitors are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority .
