The Coffee Shop/Cafe is ideally located on a busy main route, running through the centre of Adlington. Adlington itself, is nestled on the outskirts of Bolton and is within the boundary of Chorley.
The business premises are more than adequate for the cafe and our client has ensured space is used effectively, furthermore the premises has on site living accommodation consisting of a Large Lounge, bathroom and two bedrooms.
The ground floor consists of the main customer area with seating for around 20 persons, the main server with all the necessary appliances, cash register, heated cupboards etc.
To the rear of the premises, there is a further preparation room consisting of fridge/freezers, microwave ovens, a grill, hobs, toasters, and washing and sanitation facilities.
