The main bar lounge room is very popular with locals wanting to hold parties, christenings and wedding functions and can easily accommodate sit down covers of 80, adding the cafe area, covers could be increased to 120.

The external areas include a side garden able to accommodate 100 people, outside terrace 40, pavement area potential for a further 60 covers and rear garden 140. In the summer our client offers BBQs in the rear decked garden area, which is able to accommodate 140 people.

The popular public house sits at the top of a busy parade of community shops and is set in the heart of a large residential estate on the outskirts of Crawley. There is a new housing development of 282 new homes under construction directly in front of the pub which undoubtedly increases footfall to both the pub and local shops.

Ifield is a former village and close neighbour to the town of Crawley and popular with commuters to the town, Brighton which is 22 miles south and London which is 32 miles north.
