Book Buster is located along a parade of shops on Queens Road in Hastings.

Hastings is a town and borough in East Sussex on the south coast of England, 24 miles East of the county town of Lewes and 53 miles South East of London. It has an estimated population of 90,254.

Hastings gives its name to the Battle of Hastings, which took place 8 miles to the North at Senlac Hill in 1066.

The town later became one of the medieval Cinque Ports, and a popular seaside resort in the 19th century with the coming of the railway.

Book Buster is ideally and prominently situated amongst a parade of shops with other complementary businesses such as a greengrocer, barbers and a high street bank.

Due to Book Busters excellent location of being approximately 5 minute walk from the beach, the business benefits from high levels of footfall and passing trade.

Hastings train station is 0.4 miles walking distance away which provides a Southern and Southeastern service where you can get into London within 1½ hours, however with the new proposed high speed train service which is expected to be a reality by 2024 will reduce this time to approximately 1 hour.

Book buster is located on the ground floor of a four storey mid-terraced property

The shop used to be a Blockbusters and the owner has cleverly restored the original shopfront to say ‘Book buster’

Full length windows and glazed doors to front creating a light airy and inviting interior.

As you enter the premises you are greeted with an array of book shelves housing all the books on offer, to the rear of the shop is the counter which houses the till system, behind here is a storage area with a kitchenette.

The shop will be sold with all the racking for the books, counter and the till system.
