Hilton Smythe welcomes to the market The Coachmakers Arms, which has been a public house for decades and owned by our client since 2004. Our client is now looking to move to a different area.

The Coachmakers Arms is a traditional drinking pub which is well known as a music pub, having live music 3 times a week and karaoke every night. There is also a juke box and all sports channels apart from UK racing channel are broadcast on several TV screens in the bar. There is also a small outside seating area to the front which gains the sun all afternoon.

Taking only cash, the pub has strong links to the town having regular meat raffles and raising money for different charities on a regular basis. Another attraction to the pub is Billie the in-house blue and gold Macaw.

There is lots of repeat local custom along with the extra custom that the summer months bring.

Hilton Smythe highly advise early viewing to avoid disappointment.
