Cheryl began her career in the property industry in 2008, working in the residential sector after finding a real passion to sell property. In this time Cheryl achieved her Customer Service level 2 & 3 Qualification along with her NAEA in Residential Property.

After gaining extensive knowledge of the industry Cheryl decided to move onto something more challenging where she found herself at a competitor in business transfer, before coming to Hilton Smythe in 2014 as a Sales Negotiator. Since then, Cheryl has progressed from a Sales Negotiator to now the manager of our Sales Department managing a team of six Sales Negotiators, two Sales Progressors, three Sales Support assistants and an Assistant Manager. Cheryl prides herself on providing excellent customer service to all her customers and growing her team, helping them succeed and progress in their role with the company.
